Different company than Stanley Steemer?
Are there other companies that you use for cleaning furniture? The guys that cleaned my chair did a great job, but the customer service setting up the appointment stunk (set it up online, no one called to confirm. Called to set up appointment, told they would call to confirm time... never did. Girls have attitude when I mentioned these issues.)
Just wondering if there is another company where the service is great as well as the office end of things.

We used Steampro after Sandy. They are based in Wantagh and privately owned. I think it's two brothers who own the company.

He is a friend of the family; he did our basement family room, two area rugs and our nursery rocker last year plus the tile in our main bathroom. Looks great!
