Cramps post ovulation?
It's first cycle on clomid + trigger shot, so trying to see if my body is just still reacting to all the hormone level changes. I'm now on 4 dpo I think - and still get these weird cramps/twinges in my lower area and have for past few days. Is this something others have experienced after medication? Could the suppositories be causing this?

I experienced cramps for at least a week after the trigger shot.

Progesterone causes bloating and cramping, among other things. You can't read into anything when you're on supplements.

For sure - I don't think it's symptoms of pregnancy in any way, just wanted to see if others had similar symptoms to medication/supplements.
Good to know re: progesterone supplements and bloating.

the progesterone caused cramps, at least for me. not constant but enough for me to notice. normal though.
