every day/every other day
If you have a 28 day cycle usually every month, do you do the  on days 10, 12, 14, & 16..(ever other day) or do you try every day?? Last month we tried every other day, but I think this month we will try every day.
What do you ladies do?

I have a 31 day cycle "typically", DH just started using the cbefm, so what we did was whenever we wanted after AF stopped, but then once I got the "high" dh was in the mood for every day so we just did every day until after we got "low" again on it. I also use my calendar schedule w/ Fertility friend and go by my mood & CM (EWCM & if I'm feeling super in the mood that usually means I'm O'ing).

We are going to do every other day, 4 days before and 4 days after. This is what was recommended to me.

Every other day until pos OPK or peak reading on CBEFM, then every day for 2-3 days.
However we conceived on a month w/o a pos OPK or peak on CBEFM and had 2 days in between BDing. Go figure!

I am not sure what the plan is yet. Last month we just did it whenever DH was home (he was away on business for most of the month). That was our first month "TTC" even though I didn't use an OPK or anything like that.
I think once I start using OPK's I will try to do it every other day. I dunno, i'm no help!
Our first child wasn't planned so no advice from that one!

We prob didnt go about it the right way but it worked all three times for us by doing it 3 or 4 days in a row.

Thank you I'm going to try fertility friend! Also I think this month after AF we will try every day! :))

It's by no means a necessity to BD every day, but DH just happened to be in that kind of mood this month. I'll add this, with my first pregnancy (which ended in mc) we only BD once the entire month, just so happened to have been in the right time.

Been doing it everyday during fertile/O time...this time we are doing it day 12,14,16,18 AND JUST INCASE 19. Per my Ob she said try it that way. Come to think of that's how we conceived DD 3 years ago, BD on day 12, 14 and 16 looking at my old LIF posts.

Just watch out with doing it every day because it can affect sperm count. It's why every other day is recommended - it gives time for new sperm to be created.

I used Deanna's plan so with that, you start on CD 8 and start OPKs on CD 10. BD every other day until you get a + OPK. Once you get a + OPK, you BD that night and the following 2 nights (so 3 days in a row). Skip one night then "try" one last time the following day. My cycles were usually b/n 28 & 30 days...we BD on CD8, 10, 12, 14, 15 (+ OPK), 16, & 17. Should've skipped 18 and did it again on 19 but we were just done by that point 
I got my BFP the first month trying this plan. Of course, it could totally be coincidental. We tried with just OPKs for three months before I decided to give Deanna's plan a try. Good luck!

We try to do every other day, but my husband travels a lot, so its more, do it when we can. Do it just before he leaves. Do it the minute he comes back.
