What insurance do we put insulin and syringes through, GHI? Or UFT?

I am on Metformin for insulin resistance. I get it through GHI because any diabetic meds and any injectables are covered by GHI.

I had gestational diabetes and my supplies were covered under GHI. I was on glyburide and I think ghi picked that up too.
