Waking in the middle of the night to go pee pee...am I getting played?

Let me start by saying for the past year dd has been waking up dry without having to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night up until 2 months ago when she got a year infection.

During this time she was definitely uncomfortable and waking up in the middle of the night. I have brought her back to the dr several times and the last time the dr said the yeast infection was gone and that now it was out habit or because she firgured out how to get me to come/get my attention.

Anyway she is still waking to go pee pee. She goes every time some nights it is 1x last night was 3x.

How do I get past this? I don't want to say no but I also lnow I am getting played to some degree.
Dd is almost 3 so I know a lot of this "comes with the age"

My DD has done this.
I have made sure that she doesn't get liquids at least an hour before bed. She also has to try to go pee pee before getting into bed.
I also had to use a reward system. If she slept all night she would get a small reward the next day.
Of course if she woke up in the middle of the night because she had to pee It was ok. It was the waking up several times a night saying she had to but really didn't, Just out of habit, that needed to stop.

If she its actually peeing then I wouldn't want to stop her..but if she is not peeing then try a chart like previous post says. Limitdrinks at night. I remember having a potty in my room at a young age with baby gate so I'd pee at night and go back to bed with out waking anyone is that an option?

Thank you we are already doing everything suggested.
Hoping when ds earns a treat bc he stays in bed and she doesn't earn a treat it will sink in.

I go through this too. But DD is actually peeing, so I feel like I can't tell her no—especially since she is very newly potty trained.

Does she actually pee each of the 3 times?? My DD did this early in potty training, she would keep getting out of bed saying she had to go but wouldn't, it was just an excuse to get out of bed. We started doing time out (she always hated time out) if she did that and it stopped within a day or 2!!

Just wanted to add that if dd called 10x in the night that she had to pee, I would take her to the bathroom. I never ignored it. What if she really did have to go?
It became a game for her in some sorts. She got very good at only letting a few drops out, going back to bed, and an hour later saying she has to go and letting a few drops out again. ( she has great control ! Lol!)
But she was doing it so I would go to her all night long. I explained that she is a big. She has to let all the pee pee out or else she could get an infection. And I was disappointed if she was playing games and keeping everyone up at night.
After a few days she stopped.
