mono mono twins
After a successful 1 embryo frozen ivf transfer we have just found out we are having mono mono twins. There may be a membrane growing to separate them (god willing) but I am curious if anyone has had a great pregnancy with these types of twins. Any recommendations for a great fetal medicine specialists? Any great stories to calm me? I have a 2 year old at home and I hate to think of having to be hospitalized for months and leaving him. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how far along are you? we didnt see a membrane until around 14 weeks. i remember going thru what you are going thru (our daughter was also 2 at the time) and we kept praying to see a membrane and thankfully they finally saw it!!
give yourself till at least 16 weeks to see the membrane. good luck!!!

Re: mono mono twins
At 8 weeks they thought I was having mono/mono twins. By 11 weeks they were able to identify the membrane.
