Anyone been to the new Brio in WW Mall
Just wondering what kind of experience you had. Went last week with a group of friends and did not have the best experience, but would like to give it another try

Its a new Italian restaurant - its a chain and I've been to another one, out of state and had a very good experience. This new one - not so much

I have been by a few times and it always seems much more dead than I expected for a newly opened restaurant.

I find that in a lot of chain restaurants - they are awesome outside fo the NY metro area and are eh around here.
I love Brio though - I've been in Ohio and it was fabulous.

It was actually far from dead, on a Wednesday night. And that was at least part of the problem. We had a reservation and still had to wait a half hour. To make up for it, the manager said the apps and dessert would be on the house - thought that was great, until the waitress brought over the 3 "complimentary" apps, without even asking what we wanted to order - and they were cold. Then, no one came over during the entire meal to ask how everything was or if we needed anything else. On the way out, the hostesses at the front desk didn't even look up to say anything like, have a nice night, thanks for coming or anything along those lines (not the biggest problem, but I find that they do that at almost every restaurant I go to). Overall, just not a great experience. Willing to try it again, but was pretty disappointed

I have gone twice. It is very kid friendly the biggest kids menu I have seen. They also let the kids make mini is as and choose their toppings while you are waiting for your order.. We liked it the first time. The second time the service was off. The y gave us complimentary apps and desserts too..
Also, make reservations..... Otherwise you will wait
We will go back though... It is like cheesecake/ gran luxe feel but Italian... Their lunch I heard was great.
Try Zinburger next store.. The burgers are amazing and

We had a reservation and still waited 30 minutes. And that was one of the reasons we chose Brio over Cheesecake Factory - so we could make a reservation
