NYC-Already Having My Formal Observation in December
Besides bringing my lesson plan of course to my pre-ob did anyone see this ridiculously in depth question & answer sheet we also have to fill out?

I had my first informal last week and my formal this week. I think next year I'm going with the six. The formal was so much more stressful with what I had to bring to my pre observation conference. Hours upon hours of work and I had the same results. My lesson plan was essentially a 4 page narrative plus that other sheet we had to fill out. It was crazy! My informal...she came in, we had a post and I was highly effective in all except classroom environment which was effective. A lot less work for the same score as my formal.
