Can someone explain...

I got my period on my own this month (no provera). On CD 14-16 I had positive OPK results plus perfect cervical fluid. Yet my bloodwork from my doctor that was done on CD20 showed that I didn't ovulate. She wants me back on Provera and to start Clomid. I really thought this was the month. I just don't understand. Is my body/mind playing tricks on me?

OH NO...Im so sorry. that sounded so promising. It is possibly to get the + OPK because yoru body will increase in LH even if you dont ovulate and same with the EXCM, its part of the "natural" cycle but you could unfortunatly still not ovulate.

I think the good news is the LH seems good and you DO have good CM....So try to think of the positives if you can

Thank you, I know things could be worse and that is what I keep trying to tell myself but the whole TTC just *****. I thought it would be such a happy, exciting, EASY thing to do. I gain weight when I take Provera and I'm scared to start Clomid.
