There's a storm a-comin'!
And the reason I know this is not from all the news reports and the weather warnings.
I know this with a certainty much more accurate than any meteorologist-- because my head feels like it's going to explode.
Anyone else get really bad sinus pain and pressure before a storm?
I even feel it in my upper teeth. It's awful!

Yes, woke up in so much pain. I took something right away and feel a lot better! It sucks!
I take a generic from walgreens that has the same ingredients as advil cold and sinus and it really does the trick!!!

The arthritis really flares in my knees, I am hobbling around the office today.
Not looking forward to getting wet on the commute home tonight.

Yup. I have been poppin Zyrtec and Sudafed for the last 3 days. When I wake up in the morning my head feels like its about to explode

I can sort of relate...
My jaw hurts, my shoulder hurts, my knee hurts and well, at the present my sinuses are bothering me but I have had a cold so I'm discounting that! 
God bless old injuries and breaks, it's better at forecasting weather than anything else!

I don't know if LI is going to get snow- I think most of it will be in Dutchess and above.

Yes that helped me too. The sudafed alone did nothing for me.

My arm is too, plate and 5 screws and gets super sensitive when a big storm is coming or weather changes. Been pretty painful today, i figured something was comin'. Weird how that happens.
