Re: best spinach dip?
Cold or hot?
For the cold dip, I actually get the best reviews when I use the recipe on the back of the Knorr's soup packet!
For hot dips, I have used a Cooking Light Spinach/Artichoke baked dip recipe that is pretty good. My friend recently brought an Emeril baked spinach/artichoke dip to my house and it was delicious (very flavorful). I think she got the recipe right off the www.FoodNetwork.com site.
But I don't have a tried-and-true on the hot, baked version... would be interested to see what others say.

Re: best spinach dip?
Knorr's is the absolute best spinach dip recipe (everyone loves the crunch of the water chestnuts and scallions).
*It's on the back of the vegetable soup mix.

This is the one I use and everyone raves about it. I don't use water chestnuts though and I found using the mayo with the olive oil gives it a great flavor.

This is by far the best spinach dip recipe however I don't add the water chestnuts or scallions.I can sit and eat the entire bowl with pumpernickel bread.

I love the knorr veggie dip too but I don't add water chestnuts and I add part of a packet of ranch seasoning to it.

Re: best spinach dip?
For hot dip, I use pioneer woman's spinach and artichoke dip

Another rave review for Knorrs. I also don't add the water chestnuts and I find if you make it a day or 2 in advance it is even better.

Trader Joe's actually has a premade spinach artichoke dip in the frozen section. It's delicious, you just have to microwave it.
I like it with their black bean and quinoa chips

Same here. In addition to the pumpernickel break, I also serve sliced cucumber rounds and carrots to dip.
