IPod touch or IPad mini
Which would you recommend for an 11 year old girl? She's pretty tech savvy, wants to take video/pictures, play music, Facetime her grandmother and play games/apps.
Any suggestions on who has best prices?

2 main differences are size and restriction settings.
My 10yo has an iPad and wanted an Itouch. On the iPad I have a pw and set restrictions that are age appropriate.
You cannot set browsing restrictions on the touch and she is too young to be able to access anything she wants.
