Hardwood floor refinishing
What is the typical average cost per sq ft for hardwood floor refinishing? I know it will vary by company and services but I'm just trying to get a ballpark price for standard two coats natural finish. Also recommendations would be great. I tried a search and all I keep seeing is Gold Star floors. I'll call them but I'm sure there are others out there.

We got what I think is a great deal and they did an amazing job.
We only had to sand the first floor but also the banister/staircase, so that is about 1000 sq feet then the upstairs they did 2 coats, no sanding about 950 sq ft--we pid $1800, fm me if you want the info

I use Tony Catapano's Wood Floor Sanding for all my projects, 631-423-8934, I think he has been doing it for over 20yrs
