King crabs and shrimp?
Can we eat this? I a, pretty sure I did with DD 1.
And also for Xmas eve we make crab sauce. Can I have the sauce without the crabs. Basically it's the sauce that the crabs were cooked in.

I eat them. I actually have shrimp once a week.

They are both fine. The only seafood you're supposed to avoid are ones with higher levels of mercury such as swordfish, shark, tuna and mackerel.
