T-Mobile
Happy New Year!
I'm considering moving from AT&T to T-Mobile for the price difference. I'd be saving $70-$80 per month but making the move.
Does anyone have t-mobile? How is your service? Have you ever moved from AT&T to T-Mobile?

I had it years ago and the service was terrible. Dropped calls, spotty service, horrible customer service. I switched to Verizon and never looked back.

I've had tmobile for almost 10 years with no issues and I think their customer service is outstanding.

I've had t-mobile for years (10+). The only spot I don't get a signal is at my house, but neither does any other provider (I have visitors check their phones, and I'm in a dead zone). With my new phone, though, I can make calls over wi-fi, so there's no significant spot I can't make calls. I like it because it's one of the cheapest plans out there. I have a 500MB data plan, which I typically use about 10% of, but if I go over, they just throttle the bandwidth, they don't charge extra for going over. I've never had any issues with them.

DH still has T-Mobile and it's terrible. He never has good service and has dropped calls all the time.

I have had for 5 years and dh for probably 10. No real issues at all. Always liked for the international capability.

Ive had tmobile for 10 years now and absolutely love it. Once in a while is there an issue, sure, but its never consistent. Its way more consistent that I have great service.

I had it for a while. Found the service OK, but the customer service was not great. Or maybe it wasn't the customer service, per se, but it was their policies that sucked. For instance, DH had a phone that from the beginning gave him problems. Customer service told him they were having a lot of issues with the phone...They sent him a new one several times and after DH got fed up and asked if he could get a phone without issues, they told him he couldn't.

They are horrible! I know a few people who have it and it sounds like they are underwater (every single phone call). Horrible, horrible service.

I've had it 12+ years and have never had any issues. I used to travel for work a lot and always got service in most cities.
The only place that we didn't get service was when we went to Cancun in March. Ended up using the resort's Wi-Fi and made calls via an app.

Ask the same question about ANY provider, and you'll get a list of "I love it!" and a list of "It's horrible!". It's the nature of the service, and the nature of people.

I had them,b ut years ago - and the service was horrible. I cancelled within the first 30 days. Everywhere I went, calls were being dropped. This was awhile ago though...maybe they have improved since. I have verizon and they are soo expensive, but I learned that I get what I pay for with that.
