Stomach virus....
OMG , is there a stomach virus going around? It hit me last nite like a ton of bricks. Any advice and how long does it last? I want to crawl under a rock and call it a day!

There must be. My niece had it last week, and I overheard someone in my office saying it was going through her family.
My niece was sick (mostly vomit) for about 8 hours or so, slept most of the day and night, felt crappy the next day and was back to school the day after that.
Drink plenty of gatorade when you can hold it down so you dont get dehydrated and to replenish electrolytes, and eat some saltines. And get plenty of rest.
I hope you feel better. I know how much those bugs suck!

Stomach virus....
My DD has a stomach virus now. She said its going around at her job, in Nassau County and her friends posted they have it to. Alot of her friends live in Suffolk.
