Bad Day
I am 29 weeks and went back to work today after having 2 weeks off for the holidays. In the AM, I felt some slight cramping and when I went to the bathroom, I had a little spotting. I went to the doctor (was a nervous wreck) but thankfully found out everything looks OK - she did an ultrasound, checked the placenta and cervix, and monitored me for contractions. Everything came back normal but as the doctor said spotting at this point isn't normal so she took me out of work for a week. I'm on bed rest I guess - I don't have to stay in bed just relax all the time until I see her again next Monday.
Before I left, I also found out that I failed the three hour and have gestational diabetes and the baby is breech as of now - I know it's early but this was a lot to take in one day.
Anyway I just wanted to vent. I really just hope and pray I have no more spotting and my  is OK!

I'm sorry that you had such a bad day try to just relax and take it easy for the next few days.
I know it probably doesn't mean much but I know my mom bled late in her pregnancy with me and all turned out well.

Sorry you had such a bad day. The good news is your placenta and cervix look good. I would try to focus on the positive. Take the next week and try and relax.
