Started slowly getting back into working out a few weeks ago (After IVF failed, needed to focus on something positive) and now I have been going to classes at the gym pretty much every day and doing 30 minute cardio/strength at home as well.

It's so strange how just after a couple of weeks (the past 5 days really heavy daily) how my muscles feel so strong. I'm sore, I'm tired, I'm HUNGRY but I feel good. I refuse to weigh or compare my body until February 1st. By then it'll be just about 6 weeks.

I finally started being better with diet as well. That for me is the hardest part. I LOVE to eat. That's why I am so hungry. I didn't realize how much I was really eating until I actually started planning meals again.
WOW. I was eating a lot.
