How possible is it to rent in the commack area?- temporary
We were contemplating renting in the commack area before we actually go ahead and BUY so that we can be sure this is the move we want.
What are the rental opportunities like? Does anyone know.
This is not even set in stone yet.... Just an avenue we are exploring.

Someone in my Commack Moms group on FB just posted an apartment for rent. I will try to attach the picture.

How possible is it to rent in the commack area?- temporary
DH rented several apts in Commack before we bought our house (all in private homes). And on a couple of occasions I've seen houses for rent. There is also a Fairfield (I think) complex right off Commack Rd.

How possible is it to rent in the commack area?- temporary
You can def find apts and houses to rent in the area but how temp are you looking. In general anything less than a year is tough. And you will usually pay a premium

No we were thinking a year. We we would love a house. Second choice would be a townhouse.
