Makeup Forever HD foundation
Anyone use this? I went to Sephora today and did that color match thing and this makeup came up as one of my matches. I've always wanted to try it and read reviews on make alley and some people said that it's not good for oily skin, which I have and did tell the girl who helped me. She gave me samples to try but I just wanted to hear some more reviews. TIA!

Makeup Forever HD foundation
It came up on mine also but like you I have oily skin, so I went with the matte version. I really liked it until I started using Immaculate liquid to powder, it keeps me less oily for a little longer and it feels so light on my skin. The makeup forever didn't last past noon on my skin..I'm extremely oily though.

Makeup Forever HD foundation
I have hear the matte velvet plus foundation is really good. As with any foundation you def need to wear a primer especially if you are oily. A good one for oily skin is mac prep and prime visage

I use it & I d love the color range--there are a lot of subtle variations, so I was abel to get a good match even before they had the color IQ.
When I was oilier, it didn't last for me in summer, even with a primer & powder. It works much better for me now, b/c my skin changed.
I liked Lancome Teinte Idol Ultra when I wa s very oily. if I was still oily, I would use Hourglass Immaculate. I use it now in the summer when I am borderline oily, but it is designed for oily skin.

No foundation will be a cure all for oily skin
What you need is an oil Mattifier
I recc murads oil control mattifier (sp)
A thin layer under your foundation will work WOnDErS
I have oily skin and use this stuff sometimes. Pricey but lasts awhile. You only need it in the t zone.
Hate having oily skin but if it means no wrinkles later - I'll take it.

OMG - YES!!!!! The oil control mattifier from Murad is a LIFESAVER!!!!!!!!

I have been using it for years and I LOVE it!
My skin is dry though and I actually always mix it up with moisturizer and then blend it together right on my face with a Kabuki brush. That way the coverage is not too heavy and more even and my skin gets more moisture.
