tilapia- salt pepper oregano and a few lemon slices.. broil it for 10 min
make a salad or steamed veggies like spinach, brussel sprouts and garlic

fish i need something good for tonight
Cook it in a pan with s&p and a little evoo. Remove from pan. Add chopped garlic, capers, white wine, lemon juice, and lots of parsley. Cook until slightly reduce. Can mount with butter if you want before serving.

put a white fish (tilapia) in an aluminum foil packet with chopped fresh tomatoes, capers and artichoke hearts, salt, pepper, a little olive oil, cook in the oven.
