For anyone who makes Lollipops?
I have someone who wants me to make make lolipops for their childs bday/ She asked for a Milk chocolate crunch. Like a bunch a crunch is the only way I can describe it. I have checked michaels and Acmoore and they dont carry anything like that with there melting chocolates. Anyone know where I can get such a thing??

Re: For anyone who makes Lollipops?
Isn't the "crunch" essentially rice crispies mixed into the chocolate?

That's exactly what it is. Regular rice krispies cereal- just stir it in to your melted chocolate. I love crunchy chocolate!

You may want to coat the lollipop mold first with a layer of chocolate without the rice krisipies so that it looks smooth.
I've done molding with shredded coconut in my chocolate and find that if I put the layer of chocolate first it looks nicer.
Sounds delicious!

test it first. Sometimes, rice crispies collapse and don't end up crunching. Specialty shops have the CK brand that are specially made for chocolate.
