XPost: Disney Trip for Sale
I had such a great experience with renting my last Disney vacation to a LIFamilies mother my FH and I decided to sell another one for some extra cash for our wedding. We aren’t using our points for our honeymoon so we picked up a week to sell! This is for a one-bedroom villa at Disney’s Boardwalk Villas from 7/11/14-7/18/2014. If you book this through Disney it would be $4371. We are looking for $1900 for this reservation. FM me if you have any questions!

Why don't you post this on the Disboards rent/trade board? People are always looking to rent.
You might also consider just renting your ponts and not limiting it to a certain week and room type. You can modify the reservation or make a completely new one. Just let people know how many points are for rent.
Love the Boardwalk Villas- we own there as well.
