Transfer Today
Had my transfer this morning. We had 2 really nice embies. Hoping these stick ... In the right place unlike last time ... All the sticky dust in the world for me & all of you ladies 
I hope these next 9 days go by rather quickly!
Anyone have any advice as to what I should do in the meantime? Besides pineapple core lol.

  BEST OF LUCK!!! My ER is delayed two days because while I have a good # of eggs, they are growing slow....it actually works out better for me so that's ok!!
Hope the next 9 days fly by for you!!!

Great news! Did you like Dr. Wang? Rest, drink a lot and eat healthy!!!!! And most of all relax………try to meditate if possible!

Pineapple core, real grape juice, and walnuts.
Do they work? Who knows, but I got my BFPs after drinking and chomping away on all 3 for 5 days after transfer, so I am a big fan.

Slow but steady is all that matters. Really excited and rooting for you!

I'll be purchasing them this week.... Stupid question, how do you eat the CORE of the pineapple...isn't it super hard?

Thanks, everyone! Trying to stay calm. I had a really stressful day today with personal family stuff ... Of course today of all days! Then I got upset how it wasn't fair I was getting aggravated when I am supposed to be calm and stress free. I know the PIO makes me an emotional wreck but I don't want to be crying right now.

It's not soft, but it's chewable/swallowable. Cut the core in 5 pieces and eat one each day, beginning when you get home from transfer.
