How long did it take you?
If you can switch it up (learn different exercises) it would help.
Do it as many times a week as you can! lol...listen to your body...do it if your not too sore or too fatigued. I'd still aim for 5-6x a week if it took less than 45mins-an hour.

I would change it constantly. Never do the same workout. Twice in a week. But keep doing things like this.

Re: Fitness Gurus please come in !!!!!!
It takee me about an hour to complete the whole workout . Always keeping my heartrate up ..
I've been switching some things on certain days including doing pull downs ( MY FH taught me how to use machine the other day ) And I'm up to a mile and half on treadmill in 12 minutes.
Any other ideas ??

Deadlifts are great. Stiff legged dead lifts are great to work th glutes.
Burpees are amazing. They work all of your body systems at the same time and are a full body workout.
Vary your squats by doing prisoner squats, goblet squats, sumo squats. They all work your body slightly differently.
Push-ups. YouTube search for hand release push ups. They will help you achieve full regular push ups and are more effective then the variety on your knees.
Mountain climbers are another exercise that will give you the "most bang for your buck" so to speak.
You can vary by doing 25 reps of each and then repeating it for 3 rounds with 1/2 mile runs I. Between rounds.

Re: Fitness Gurus please come in !!!!!!
It looks like a great routine. I get a lot of ideas on body-weight exercises from Pinterest and like to try new things and then see how I feel over the next 2 days. Love doing the things that get me sore, that says progress to me.

Don't want to hijack but... I'm doing "squat style" deadlifts (not sure of the proper name) but have issues getting low while maintaining a neutral spine and not bending my knees past my toes. What's the difference with the stiff legged, wouldn't that use your back more than your legs to lift the weight?

Stiff leg deadlifts are sort of a secret of fitness competitor girls. Build nice booty by doing light weight quick reps.
