i need a kitchen break!!!!
so far between last night after work and today, i have made:
dough for football cookies (chocolate roll out cookies I will decorate with white icing laces)
chocolate chip cookie dough
dough for soft pretzel bites
filling for baked veggie taquitos
spinach artichoke dip (just needs to be baked)
jalapeno popper dip (just needs to be topped with breadcrumbs and baked)
oh, and 2 loads of dishes and one load of laundry.
i only have 2 more things on today's cooking to-do list left, plus i might bake the cookies today.
phew!

This is why I cater. It comes out cheaper and I'm not exhausted lol. I make a few things but 95% is catered if I'm having a lot of ppl over

I used to be so expeditious about cooking when we were having parties. Then I got jaded & lazy and now just buy everything...except for holidays lol
