Shoe question

I have to go to this dinner for DH friend who is getting married.

It's at a restaurant in Astoria.

I have no plans to buy something new for this event so I'm planning to wear this long dressy maxi style dress I already own.

I always wear them in the summer though so I have no clue what kind of shoes to wear with it.

I have a couple of pairs of black heels but they just look funny with it (one is open toe, the other is pointy closed toe).

The dress can best be described as a purple/blue.

It has beading across the bust in those shades.

I don't want to spend a lot of money and would like to buy something that I can wear again.

(Ideally $50 or less).

I'd probably wear a strappy silver or gold shoe. Nude would probably work too.

I agree with silver. Sometimes you can find nice sandals in payless. DSW is another option.

I actually found a black maxi that I like better so I am planning on wearing that now.



I think the name is Telly's.

I saw the bride last night and she said no need to get decked out.

My friend I'm riding with is wearing a similar style.
