Those a fabulous numbers, congratulations! (btw, with my DD my numbers were much higher than yours and she was a singleton - high numbers don't have to mean multiples).
Oh, and I think you're fine. Get used to twinges, aches, pains, tingling, pressure... you name it... all over your body for the next 9 months!
