Pain question-tmi maybe

I am 23 weeks pregnant with twins. Yesterday I started feeling very sore down there- almost like I was horse back riding for like 3 days straight. It even is sore and hurts when I cough. I called obgyn bc he said since I am high risk to always call if concerned and to make sure i tell them I am high risk with twins, prévia and a cerclage. Well I did and the woman told me they will tell doctor when he is in tomorrow??? I am not sure if I should be worried or of anuone else has had this?!!

I had pain in what felt like my pubic bone but I guess was the ligaments. It would come and go. When I had it, I could barely walk. It's just stretching. I've already had it in my first trimester with this pregnancy.
