Starting Focus T25 Monday!
I have to say I'm pretty pumped about it. I know so many people who saw real results with this. DH and I are doing it together.
I just spent some time making us each personalized charts (just scanned what they gave and added our names to them)

I don't know what that is but you're awesome. I hope just bc you're on this health/workout kick doesn't mean we still can't go out and drink and eat crap.

hey, I have to live! That'll be my day to cheat a lil. Food is a very important thing for me. I don't feel it's living if you don't indulge sometimes.
