WW Simple Start
I followed the WW program last year and lost 35lbs. Since then I have gained a few pounds back. I still pay for WW and canget back into it at any time. Actually, I am starting it again this weekend.
I was wondering is anyone has tried the simple start program and if so how it worked?

WW Simple Start
It is basically a more structured format of simply filling. B/c it leaves less to chance, it is easier to do.
I didn't follow it especially well, so... it was mildly effective? lol.
