Those doing the whole30, do you find it hard to cook?

I find it easy because I don't feel it's limited. I use many fresh spices and herbs. Lots of lemon too. I've learned to modify all old recipes. Just remove non-who,e 30 ingredients and replace with something if necessary. Sometimes I just leave things out. Cheese for example. If a recipe calls for a small amount of shredded cheese, I just don't add it. Like in the crust,ess quiche I made.
