Need All-Inclusive, Adults only Vaca ideas

DH and I have decided to FINALLY go on our honeymoon (only 3 years later). I will (hopefully) be preggo when we go, but so far, we haven't been having so much luck with that. I don't really care about not being able to drink. I just care about relaxing on a beach, by the pool, good service, nice nightlife, excellent food. Preferably NOT an arm and a leg and another arm in terms of costliness.

Please send your recommendations.

We went to The Renaissance in Aruba last week and really enjoyed it! There are 2 hotels, one is family friendly and one is adults only - you can visit both so there were a few times we saw kids in the restaurants, but it was rare. The resort isn't on the beach, they actually have their own private island and there's a boat that picks you up in the lobby to take you there. The beach is adults only, super peaceful and has flamingos and iguanas roaming around. Plus, you can't beat the weather in Aruba! It was around 85 everyday. Chat Icon

DH, myself and 4 others went to Breathless in Punta Cana in December. It's a brand new resort, all inclusive, adults only and its GORGEOUS! We loved it!

DH and I are going to Secrets in Mexico. It was a toss up between Excellence or that one and the room that DH wanted at Excellence was sold out.
I will find out with Secrets it is. It really wasn't that expensive, but we are going mid may and not sure if that has something to do with it.

DH and I travel every 6 months, well at least we used to until DS was born.

We LOVED Aruba!!!! It's gorgeous and the weather all year round is 85 degrees. If it rains it's for 5 minutes. We also LOVED Costa Rica. Both Occidentals (we have a timeshare). I am a big fan of St. Thomas as well. Occidental isn't adult only but I can tell you I BARELY saw children there.

My best friend went to Secrets (I think) in Jamaica and she said that the pictures on the website didn't do it justice.

We do cruises every other year with my family, we really want to do something totally inclusive. We're looking at Antigua too... I think we're just going to end up going to a travel agent, probably the one my grands have used for the cruises.

Jamaica. Hands down. DH and I loved that place so much and it was so relaxing. We stayed at Couples Swept Away in Negril. We've also stayed at Excellence Punta Cana and while the resort was gorgeous, we'd still pick Jamaica over Punta Cana any day.

DH and I stayed at Club Med T&C last summer..best time ever! The food was sooooo good and activites/nightlife was so much better than what we experienced at Sandals St. Lucia. We are thinking of going back either this year or next.

Live Aqua in Cancun. Went last October and loved. It's adults only, spa like hotel. Food it also really good. Plus Cancun vacations are affordable and you do not have to stay at the resort ALL the time (unless you want to) This hotel is close to everything, across from La Isla Mall (high end shopping ) and you can take a bus ride to the city for nightlife and shopping.
