juicing/smoothies? help!
I'm having a lot of dental work and i have a hard time eating. I'm already down 6 lbs., which sounds great so far but its basically bc I'm starving.
I'm thinking making healthy fruit and veggie packed juices or smoothies would help get my nutrients in a bit easier.
i don't know the difference between all these juicers or bullets, but i don't want to spend a fortune bc i don't know that i would use it a lot after i don't have to.
any help?

Hope you feel better soon! I am thinking that smoothies would be better for you, since you can pack more calorie-full food in, as opposed to just juice. I would get a good blender (I don't have it, but a lot of ppl seem to like the ninja, and it isn't too expensive). You could do a combination of milk (any kind), fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, oatmeal, etc. There are lots of recipes online.
