how often do you see your psychologist/therapist
If you have a therapist, how often do you go? Do you go every week or less often?

how often do you see your psychologist/therapist
When I initially started going, I saw her every 2 weeks. Now I go about once every 6-8 weeks, mostly for medication maintenance since she is also the one who prescribes my zoloft.
