I'm out...
Dr. called- both eggs were not of good quality and did not fertilize. beyond upset..
Not sure what to do next, get those 5 frozen from RS of NY and try those- FET? I was saving those in case my ovary stopped working- only have one ovary... or try another round?
Dr says he'll try me on a different stim protocol.
I think the high dosage of menopur fried them to be honest. Ive never had eggs not make it to fertilization.
cried in school twice. I'm ok now but this just sucks!!!!!

That really stinks  .
I say try again on a different protocol to see if you can stim better, as much as it stinks you can always cancel the cycle (or convert to iui if you have your tubes and no major male factor problems ) before retrieval.
And don't count your frosties out if it comes to using them, a whole bunch of people on here have had successful frozen cycles after failed fresh.

Thanks everyone. It really just sucks- this whole process. I think the stim protocol was too much for me this time- the 6 vials of menopur I think was the demise of the eggs. but cant blame dr. for many it does work. At least I saved the agony and the money from the transfer. Im ready for another cycle so I'm going to patiently wait for my period to come and possibly start another round of this. gotta talk to my hubby to see what he thinks.

Pity party over.. Relaxing tonight. Tomorrow is new day with new plan. Going to see what dr says about fresh cycle vs frozen transfer. I've had these guys on Ice as a reserve for 2 years now. Gotta use them sometime. Thanks for all of your replies. You ladies get it so I feel better.
