PreNatal Yoga
Looking for any recommendations. I'm in Western Nassau and by doing a search on here I saw the recommendation for Revolution...which only has Prenatal classes once a week.
Any other suggestions?

I'm going to start prenatal classes at absolute yoga in woodbury. It's offered twice a week, one evening weekday and one weekend. There are also classes at the JCC in Plainview but I already bought a groupon for the place in Woodbury.

I also go to Breathe N Flow in Freeport. They have a few prenatal classes a week and they have one on Fridays at 5:30 so I go right after work and Saturday mornings at 10:30. I think there is also one on Wed at 7:15pm I believe.
