Re: Blood type diet
I have heard of it, but never tried it. for my blood type they recommend a vegetarian diet, but I know my body needs some type of animal protein or else I feel very weak and tired.
By the way, how did you like your naturopath?

Re: Blood type diet
I'm trying it, but it's going to be really hard for me to lose the gluten. I have to limit dairy and red meat, too, but that will be easy.
I really liked her. She's new, but in the same practice as dr piña Logiudice who has been on dr oz, etc. I only went once so far, but I'll keep you posted.
I really liked that she didn't throw a million supplements at me. She gave me 2 (cod liver oil and a probiotic) and asked me to try the diet for 3 weeks. She wanted to research my concerns more and see how I did in 3 weeks before giving me anything else. I appreciated that she really wants to streamline my "treatment".
