Not eating enough? UPDATE
This is long.
I started t-25 3 weeks ago.
First week I lost almost 5 lbs and a bunch of inches.
Second week I didn't weigh or measure bc AF was due and I was a swollen mess.
I am due to weigh in Saturday but will be weighing in on Friday morning. I can tell I haven't lost anything, the scale will prove this tmrw am. I also don't think I lost inches bc my clothes are just as tight tmrw I'll know for sure.
Question is, can it be I'm not eating enough and that's why I'm not losing like I think I should be? I have also noticed I am freezing all the time. Like right now I'm in sweats, fleece jacket, a big fleece blanket, I have a space heater going on top of my heat pumping and I'm still icy! I just had my thyroid checked a couple weeks ago and it's good so I know that's not it. I have been on dr google and I'm finding that if I'm not eating enough calories, this can happen.
A typical day for me: Egg white with 1 PC melted 2% cheese on multigrain English muffin.
Cup of coffee with a splash of French vanilla creamer
Lunch is either a big salad loaded within veggies topped with chicken or tuna LF dressing or tuna on multigrain toast w/veggies on side or soy butter sandwich ( same bread) w veggies on side
Cup of black coffee
If hungry , stick of light cheese. Some veggies w ff sour cream & onion dip
Dinner is either big salad (same as lunch salad) or zucchini spaghetti w Meatsauce or some sort of baked chicken with veggie side.
No snacks after dinner
Drink about 1 gallon of water a day
Wtf??
UPDATE: I weighed in today. After 4 weeks of T-25 and Dieting M-F (Sat & Sun. I eat whatever I want-still mindful) I lost 7.2 lbs. 1 Inch off my chest 2.75 inches off my Waist Arms stayed the same 7/8" off my thighs and 1.5 inches off my Hips.
I guess in the grand scheme of things, the weekly weigh ins and measures didn't really matter. I'm going to try my hardest to NOT let that get me down and focus on the main goal. I did take your advice and added some more calories & fat to my day the past 2 weeks. I think that helped, and I also felt like I had more energy, so thank you!
Every time it's nice out, I add a 3 Mile walk into my day. Did it 2x last week and hopefully more as the weather gets nicer.

Not eating enough?
Yes, when I amp up my activity I never lose unless I also increase my intake - specifically protein.

Not eating enough?
Also, that first week you are going to lose a lot of water weight, it's never really accurate.

IMO, your calorie intake seems to be too low. I would try to add a midmorning snack at the very least to keep your metabolism going throughout the day.

other note - it doesn't seem like you are getting enough dairy/calcium (which you could be getting from a multivitamin that I don't know of), but I would have milk in my second coffee, instead of black. I like the "misto" style that Starbucks does (and I do it at home to the best of my abilities by just warming some milk on the stove).

Re: Not eating enough?
I also think you should use full fat dairy, and eliminated the "fake" stuff. Creamer, etc.

Re: Not eating enough?
I see a nutritionist so I know your calorie intake is too low. I know I need approx. 2000 calories/day.
Enter your ideal weight and other numbers into the below calculator.

Then I'd use this to determine your protein/carb/fat needs
