Has anyone had any problems with this?

I have a facial surgical scar from last year and got several opinions from plastic surgeons of what I can do to improve it. I went with one dr's office that suggested a facial and a laser treatment on scar. I went to dr's aesthetician and she insisted on microdermabrasion. I was against this, as I have sensitive skin. But I went along with it and did a laser treatment after on the scar and some brown spots. I question doing both on same day. I also was talked into spending $200 on their product. My scar is worse and my pores are enlarged and my skin looks horrible. I don't know what to do. It has been two weeks. I wish I never did this. Anyone not happy with microdermabrasion or laser treatment?
