Sesame Street Cupcakes
Does anyone know where I can get these in the Medford/Sayville/Patchogue/Holbrook/Holtsville areas?

Re: Sesame Street Cupcakes
There is an etsy seller that just sells the fondant tops - i think i am going to make my own cupcakes for DD's party and order decorations from this seller. Fondant Cupcake Toppers

Re: Sesame Street Cupcakes
Audreys in Sayville was great for son's 1st birthday. Great but costly.
Or, this past year we had a cupcake cake (a bunch of cupcakes frosted together as a cake, but can pull apart for servings) at Wauldbaums in Selden (Rt 25 at Rt 83). They were delicious, and much less expensive than all the local bakeries. All DS's friends and parents loved them! They have plenty of designs to chose from, and can make cupcake cakes out of any cake design.

I got this for DS 1st birthday- the Elmo & Big Bird cake... was cheap and tasted good too!!
You can also make cookie monster cupcakes, they seem really easy, I looked into it but didn't have the time to make it before the party. There are a ton of tutorials online. Basically it looks like you pipe blue frosting to make it seem like blue fur, then you can add 2 white chocolate melts and a chocolate chip on each for his eyes, and then you stick half a cookie where his mouth should be... looked really cute!

Pretty sure I saw Cookie Monster & Elmo cupcakes at the new Shop Rite in Patchogue (sunrise and 112) . They were in the display case. We got DDs 2nd bday cake from them and it was delicious.

Re: Sesame Street Cupcakes
how about more basic cupcakes with sesame toppers? You can really personalize them that way!
