T-25 Round 1 of Alpha Complete

I just finished the first 5 weeks of Alpha. Down just about 8 lbs. and 4 inches in waist and about an 1.5 inches off everything else (give or take)

Slow and steady...

Happy to report that today we took an after picture ( I want to take them at each 5 week mark) and I cannot believe the amazing change in my body in just 5 weeks! I look so much smaller. Even my knees look more defined, if that's even possible to imagine lol

We are doing Alpha again for another 5 weeks before jumping to Beta. We didn't quite "Nail It" this whole time and not ready to jump to the next level.

I also added more fats and calories to my diet as per a lot of the recommendations on here and I think that is totally making a difference Chat Icon

This is really the easiest exercise program I have followed yet. And by no means is it "Easy" per say, but it's so quick. 25 minutes and you're done. Woohooo

Congratulations

I just finished week 3 and was saying I may need to do alpha again I don't think I would be able to keep up with beta. I never nailed it!

Chat Icon Chat Icon good for you!!!

Just finished Beta round. Contemplating doing Beta again for another 5 weeks because I wasn't consistent, and definitely didn't nail it.

I only lost about 4 pounds, but I lost inches all over and my body is looking tighter. My jeans fit like a glove now too!!

Keep up the good work!

I started Alpha again yesterday. I had done T25 a few months ago and had good results. I had to take a hiatus from working out for a while, so I decided to start the program from the beginning again. I can't believe how much endurance I lost! Hopefully, Shaun T will whip me back into shape quickly!

I'm on week 9 but planning on starting all over again to nail all workouts. I only lost 4 pounds but my body is much stronger and toner.
I actually found Beta not to be so hard. I thought Alpha had a few workouts that were harder than Beta.

i'm glad i found this thread! I am planning on starting next week! I'm scared about not being able to stick with it because i'm really bad about committing to a workout routine, but I NEED to do something different to feel better about my body!!

I'm at the end of my first week (I started Sunday) and I already see and feel a difference!

It is hard. But I haven't really worked out in over a year (since I was 4 months pregnant). But I know I will get better at it as I get stronger so that is getting me through. The fact that it is 25 minutes is def a motivator to give it all you got.

But I cut myself some slack this week. I accept the fact that I may not be able to do all the exercises perfectly for the whole 25 minutes but I kept moving and trying the whole time and my goal is to get better and better each week.

I'm excited to weigh in and measure tomorrow!

i have to say that this is not a hard one to stick with! the 25 min has serious movement and intensity but you're willing to do it b.c it goes so quick! i was always ONLY a runner and this (and jillian michaels body revolution) did so much more for my body than running ever did! glad i found this. good luck!!
