Re: Citi mini double vs citi mini double gt
I have a city mini and we rented a GT in disney last year. Go with the GT. They are very similar but...
The GT has an adjustable handle which was nice.
It holds a taller child. So it will give you a bit more room to grow.
Has much nicer wheels -smoother ride and easier to push.
I was very happy with my citi mini but after trying the GT it corrected the things I wasn't as crazy about with the citi mini.
Btw it was very easy to push my 3 and 5 yr old all over with no effort in the GT.

Look at the bumbleride indie twin - very similar to the citymini, but it had a few things we liked better than the city mini (adjustable footrest and more accessible basket among other things.)

This is also an excellent stroller. I had the indie twin and the city mini. As the kids got older I used the mini more. The indie twin was amazing too.

Re: Citi mini double vs citi mini double gt
I have the city mini double gt and really love the way it handles. It glides over bumps and curbs and pushes so easily. For me that was a must, as my original double stroller had basic wheels and didn't make it over big bumps and curves which was very annoying on walks

I have the city mini GT and absolutely love it. My kids are 2 years apart and DS1 is on the tall side. He is almost 4 now and still uses the stroller. The main difference is the tires and size. The GT is 1" wider on the inside where they sit (from shoulder to shoulder). I think it can accommodate a taller child. From seat to canopy is 4" taller than the regular city min. I think I have pictures in my album.
