Is it in bad taste to return nail polish?
I bought a Nicole by OPI color the other day. Be Awesome. Basically, clear with lots of rhombus holographic pieces. I was so excited. However it goes on super gloopy and none of the pieces come out. Is it bad to return it?

No not bad at all, but where did you buy it? Ulta and CVS will take it back, Target will not.
