Went back to yoga!

I don't know if it's the long winter or what but I've been in such a funk lately. I decided to go back to yoga today. I had such an amazing class. I realized I need to make the time for this again, as well as other exercise if I don't have time to commit to class that day. Just wanted to share with hopes of sharing my newly found motivation.

I started doing it again once a week, I always forget how HARD yoga is when you actually do it correctly!!
