Where did you buy & what kind of mattress for kids - full size (not crib)
Finally buying DD a full size bed (she's 3.5 and still in toddler bed).
I have no idea where to start. I usually research everything and don't know where to begin. Thinking of just walking into a Sleepy's and seeing what they recommend. What price point do you think I should be looking at?
I'll either get low profile box spring or that bunkie board so it's not too high up. That's about all I know.
Any tips on making this purchase are much appreciated!!!

I just replace my sons mattress at Bob's. He got an awesome pillow top mattress for a great price..

We just bought DDs full size mattress set at Macy's. We got a low profile box spring and standard mattress. We went with a firmer mattress by Simmons Beauty Rest

We actually bought DS memory foam mattress on Amazon for like $600, I think.

we got it from behr's because we got furniture also...but i would go to macy's or sleepy's. Just a regular comfy twin bed, something i liked because we lay on his bed alot too :)

I'm planning to buy from Room and Board. Made in the USA of high quality materials (organic cotton covers, naturally fire retardant fibers, etc.), and they start at $299 for a twin.

Macy's. We got a low profile boxspring and I can't remember the type of matress, but it's firmer and you can't flip it over, you only use the one side. I didn't want to encourage jumping on the bed. So he jumps on mine instead

Not sure where you live, but we got ours at Sleep Zone in Bohemia. The guy gave me a deal for $500, free delivery, low profile box spring and no tax if I paid cash. Her bed is so comfy, more so than mine! It is specially constructed with steel springs that won't wear out if she jumps on it. PM me if you want more info. I also looked at Sleepy"s, J C Penney, Macy's and Sears, but nothing compared in this price point. :)

A stupidly comfy .. (im super jealous) mattress that I can't figure out what it is or I'd buy one for myself ... from a discount furniture type place. I actually got it for my brother and it cost like $190 for her Full, then when he left and she got old enough I just stuck it in her room. When he moved back we got him another one for $200 at a different place (bob's its called).
Hers is the most comfy thing EVER!
I always pay cash and negotiate the TOTAL cost (no extra for tax, rope, etc) and I always strap it to our truck and drive it home myself.
