WW simple start
Any one else try this, today is my first day on this and I am a little nervous about this working . I also hate all the Fat free products that you are supposed to eat i feel like its eating rubber. I think I would rather count and eat my organic cheese.

WW simple start
i downloaded the app yesterday and when i looked at the meal choices i wasnt happy. im sticking to counting pts.

WW simple start
I did it, and it def worked, BUT I never eat FF cheese. I would rather not eat it or eat real cheese and count the points.

I downloaded it but just went straight to counting the points. Sometimes I'll refer to the meals for ideas but there wasn't enough that I liked to stick with the simple start for me.

WW simple start
Some people work on the simple start some work with just counting. I'm not a fan of fat free or sugar free either - if much rather eat less of the real thing.

With simple start you don't have to stick with the Meals. Those are samples. It's about sticking to fruits veggies and lean protein. For those that have been around WW it is the old core program.
IMO it's easier than counting points. And teaches you about portion control more than points. Because you have to listen to your body and stop when you are full.

If you really like it then you can stick with it and not switch to points.
I lost weight faster than the people on points. And I know you can't compare one person to another but in my meeting all the people on Core/simple start lost the weight and never had the up a pound or stay the same.
