How are you presenting your artifacts?
And what are you using for your artifacts?

How are you presenting your artifacts?
I'm submitting a binder with sections for each part of Domain 1 and 4. I feel like this year flew by, I can't believe everything is due by next Friday. Have you had all of your observations yet?

How are you presenting your artifacts?
If you haven't gotten written feedback, how do you know what artifacts to submit?

My union rep was just talking about this today. She said to submit artifacts in areas that weren't clearly evident during the formal. This is one of the frustrating parts of this evaluation system.

I've learned so much. Here is the idea...if something was not rated you are better off bring proof to your actual post conference then presenting it as an artifact. The artifact is only worth 5 percent. It won't make you or break you. However, bringing proof to your post op ways more.

Re: How are you presenting your artifacts?
We were evaluated on domains 1 and 4 in our post op. If we received highly effective and effective on all those components we were told that we do NOT have to hand in artifacts. They will just give us the score from domains 1 and 4 or something like that. Only people that received a developing on some of those components are handing them in.

How are you presenting your artifacts?
Supposedly you should hand them in unless your supervisor has discussed what other component will be evaluated.

NO!
A good administrator friend of mine said submit 1. Even if all are rated!

If you picked a formal lesson you should of hit all of domain 1. I tried handing it in in a binder. My school doesn't want binders or page protectors. I think if you are missing any artifacts, or what you hand in doesn't suffice for a certain domain, they have to tell you and you have until your summative conference to hand in the missing ones.
