30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge
Has anyone done this? Or just actually drink green smoothies on a daily basis? What are the actual health benefits? Do you notice a difference?

30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge
i did it!! is it through the instagram group- simple green smoothies? I did it in January. Lost 5 lbs and will be doing it again! :)
