OMG, I started yesterday with Cardio and and legs are so sore today. I am sitting at my desk dreading tonights workout. How bad is Speed? I want to try to Nail It but can't even imagine coming close with these spaghetti legs.

Alpha speed incorporates some stretching, so it breaks it up a bit. You'll do a cycle of the cardio move then do a stretch that targets the muscle you were working. When you get to the burn out, though, it's nonstop.

But if you're too sore, just follow Tanya. It's better to do the modified moves than to hurt yourself.

OK, I survived! I think I like speed better than Cardio so far. I like the stretch breaks and that you use your arms a little more. Just need to get the moves down now. On to Day3 assuming I will be able to move in the morning.......

Just stick with it!! Remind yourself it's only 25 minutes. FOLLOW TANYA!! She is my savior sometimes. You still get a great workout.
I am doing Alpha a second time around. I'm in the middle of week 7 and I still can't nail most of them. But I am getting better.
Lower Body and Abs are my least favorite. Love Speed 1.0.

oh boy...i know what you mean. speed 1.0 is my favorite...but i hate to tell you that total body circuit is the worst! i find cardio much easier in comparison! but you'll survive and get through it-you'll get better each week. definitely follow the modifier when it gets too difficult. i heard that the beta round is actually better...i'll let you know-i end alpha this week and am ready to move on! good luck!!

I sweat the most doing total body circuit today. My legs are starting to ease up but I have a feeling my arms are going to kill tomorrow. As the camera focused in on Shawn I was screaming where's Tanya?!! Those push up/burpies

I survived, thank God its Saturday! I am down 2.8 lbs, -.5 in chest, -2.0 in waist, -1.0 L thigh, -.5 in R thigh It was definitely Speed was my favorite then cardio. ABS was tough. Looking forward to stretch tomorrow!

AWESOME!! So glad you saw results. I am telling you.. for me, the scale isn't going as fast as I'd like it to but Physically, I am looking a lot better and I feel good too.
Keep up the good work! Just keep telling yourself "it's only 25 minutes"
